Menus are thoughtfully planned using fresh, seasonal ingredients and are cooked on-site when possible to ensure flavor and quality in every bite. Menu Planning
Chef Laura works closely with you to design a custom menu that reflects your preferences, dietary needs, and the tone of your event. Whether you're envisioning elegant appetizers or heart family-style dishes, each menu is thoughtfully crafted to fit your vision.
Grocery Shopping
You won’t need to lift a finger—Laura handles all the shopping for fresh, high-quality ingredients. With a focus on seasonal and local products whenever possible, she ensures that every item on your menu begins with the best ingredients available.
Please note: Groceries are an additional cost. A $25 mileage fee is applied if you are 20+ miles from Monticello, WI.
Cooking
On the day of your event, Laura brings the menu to life with professional, on-site cooking. Whether in a home kitchen, outdoor space, or event venue, she prepares each dish with care and precision so it's served fresh and full of flavor.
Cleanup
Once the meal is enjoyed, Laura takes care of the mess. All cooking equipment and prep areas are cleaned thoroughly, leaving your space just as spotless as it was before—if not cleaner. All you have to do is relax and savor the experience.
